Areyou a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a knack forsales I am recruiting for a enthusiastic Membership Sales Advisor in Braintree to join abrilliant Leisure operator and be a key player in driving the business forward.This is a leisure job not to be missed.

Reportingto General Manager and Regional Sales; as Sales Consultant youll be at theforefront the business engaging with customers and driving sales througheffective outreach and lead generation allowing you to focus solely onproviding exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise your excellent oral and written communication skills to engage with customers both over the phone via email and in person.
• Maintain a high level of organisation and strong administrative skills to handle customer inquiries and sales processes efficiently.
• Proactively generate leads through outreach activities contributing to the growth of the business.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Regional Sales team as part of a dynamic and supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role with the potential for future advancement into a Sales Manager position.

Requirements:

• Some previous sales experience is preferred with a background in health and fitness being desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team reporting into the General Manager and Regional Sales.
• A positive attitude enthusiasm and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Were looking for someone who is reliable adaptable and eager to contribute to the success of our team.
• Primarily weekday working hours no early or late evening shifts and some weekend commitment required.
