Country Manager - Operation

Job Description

• Support the VAC operations unit providing centralized support for appointmentmanagement email response client relationships IT improvements serving asdeputy for supporting the Manager Operations while ensuring compliance to allprocesses as per SLAs and Reporting requirements.
• Support network of all VACs across the country providing appointment
  management audit feedback IT & process improvement and client relationshipmanagement.
• Manage the existing accounts and new rollouts (accounts) in the assigned region.
• Ensure overall security of the business units (Physical & Data) are maintained.
• Responsible for implementing process enhancements to improve quality & efficiencyof the Unit.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with all Consulates and Embassies.
• Attend meetings with the embassies on a weekly basis and share the minutes withEmbassy and Management.
• Drive and achieve target (EBITA) for the allocated territory.
• Represent the company in the country(s) and contribute to the companys growth.

Requirement:

• Having at least 810 years of experience in managing immigration or hospitalityservices.
• Previous experience working with embassy or diplomatic procedures is anadvantage.
• A bachelors degree in business administration or any relevant study.
