Our 4 digital Clinics (Juniper Pilot Kin & Software) focus heavily on personalising the experience for different demographics and are powered by a growing team across 5 countries (Australia UK Germany Japan and the Philippines).

Weve raised over AUD$150M in funding from Aussie and Silicon Valley investors who were early backers of Uber Canva and AirBnb. With plans to launch into several more markets offline channels and tackle new conditions.

We are looking for a motivated medical student (4th year or higher) recent medical school graduate nurse or pharmacist to join our Clinical and Medical Support Team. Initially the role will be on a contractor basis (24 h per day) with the potential to scale up if interested. We pay a competitive rate and can be flexible on schedule for the right candidate.

Tasks

• Triaging medical enquiries efficiently to ensure excellent patient safety and care is received;
• Providing outstanding medical advice to patients (by email and phone which creates lasting impressions because of its depth and personalisation;
• Responding and reporting to medical incidents;
• Being a critical point of contact for our Eucalyptus partnered doctors

Requirements

Bilingual German and English speaker (fluent)

Qualified health professional you are a qualified nurse or pharmacist a recent medical school graduate or a medical student in their 4th year or higher

Experienced decision maker you can make timely and accurate referral decisions based on your clinical expertise; stressful situations dont phase you

Cool head you have experience triaging patients (either in a hospital clinic etc) and always keep a cool head

Trust patients trust you implicitly because of your experience your confidence and your manner

Clear communicator communicating with patients health professionals and team members comes naturally to you; you get the message across clear and concise
