Business and Market Development Manager Hospitality mfd

Our client is a worlds leading multinational online travel agency who provides hotels accommodations flights commutations activities and promotions options.

Tasks

• Primarily focus on B2B accommodations (highend hotels hotel chains and resorts) accounts
• Lead efforts to increase sales revenue and market feedback
• and implementing comprehensive business strategies and initiatives aimed at accomplishing objectives for the organization
• Work closely with hotel counterparts to ensure the overall growth of the hotel business and ensure overall management of partners and performance in markets; including commercial negotiations operations pricing promotions and availability
• Ability to negotiate communicate manage difficult conversations and build strong and trusted relationships with partners
• Analyse an indepth examination of the online travel industry including market dynamics competitive environment and specific needs especially accommodations businessrelated

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality business especially from accommodations (highend hotels hotel chains or resorts) online travel agencies or ecommerce industries
• Proven experiences and backgrounds in sales account management or business development
• Be able to travel for business trips
• Be able to work as a single contributor
• Holding an EU driving license Class B
• Business level in German and English communication skills
• Eligible to work in Germany
