What youll do

• Find and hire exceptional business analysts together with your fellow recruiters and hiring teams
• Lead the endtoend recruiting process from CV screening to final negotiation
• Give sharp assessments of candidates skills performance and potential fit for Picnic
• Build a robust pipeline of top candidates for immediate or future onboarding
• Develop innovative initiatives including sourcing networking events setup and partnering with relevant universities or associations
• Partner up with your international analytics recruitment team to work on new strategies on how to attract the best talent for Picnic

About you

• Bachelors or Masters degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Psychology Social Sciences Human Resources
• 2 years of experience as inhouse recruiter preferably in a startup or scaleup environment
• Experience with hiring top talents from STEM background is a big plus
• Stellar writing speaking and listening skills in English and German
• Entrepreneurial mindset curious and driven to go the extra mile in finding the best analysts out there
• Ability to manage the stakeholders by keeping them up to date and together with them finding best ways on how to staff their teams
• Strong focus on quality of the analyst profiles that we do need as well as great assessment skills
