Jr Mechanical Engineer

Under the supervision of a certified engineer you will work closely with the designers in place. You will :

• Design excavator and loader attachments using Solid Works and DraftSight;
  
• Follow internal standards and participate in their improvement;
  
• Create manufacturing and assembly drawings for inhouse or subcontracted use;
  
• Load manufacturing routing and all documentation into ERP software (Genius);
  
• Support the production department in the manufacture of standard and custom products;
  
• Take part in measurements on customer equipment using 3D scanners and conventional measuring tools.
  

Requirements

Experience

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering;
  
• Good knowledge of steel and its manufacturing processes (welding bending machining etc.);
  
• Proficiency in Solid Works and DraftSight (AutoCad) mechanical design tools.
