AWS Cloud Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS platform
• Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Automate and streamline operations and processes
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and security
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and execute on cloud solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to development and operations teams
• Manage and optimize AWS resources and services
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our cloud environment
• Conduct research on emerging cloud technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• AWS E2 AWS firewall AWS certification
• Certification in AWS (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
• Proven experience in designing deploying and managing scalable and secure AWS cloud environments
• Expertise in infrastructure as code and automation using tools such as Terraform CloudFormation
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies in AWS
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker Kubernetes
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python Bash PowerShell)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD such as Jenkins Git Ansible
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
