Senior Software Developer

3 months contract with Local government

Job Summary:

Knowledge of integrating multiple applications (both onprem and cloud)

Experience in: .Net/Python restful APIs API Security

Cloud experience: AWS services (step functions S3 EC2 API gateway)

Knowledge of implementing CICD/DevOps

Essential Experience Required:

Exposure working on cloud technologies particularly AWS

Integration Development experience against Restful APIs nice to have experience with NEC Housing APIs and other 3rd party APIs

.NET Core or Python Development experience

Development experience in EC2 S3 bucket API gateway lambda functions step functions cloudwatch logs simple notification service identity and access management (IAM) cloud networking & security

Experienced in Test Driven Development using BDD Ability to setup and manage alerts monitoring and route cause analysis of the issues

Understanding of AWS ops (intermediate to advanced level)

Report building and management on NEC

React JS dev (nice to have)

Experience in OAuth 2.0 protocol Knowledge and experience of DevOps tools (github actions terraform AWS native devOps)
