JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Senior Manager/ Manager Equity Capital Markets (ECM)

Department: Investment Banking Division

Reporting to: Director Investment Banking


Key Responsibilities:

Endtoend execution of IPO mandates collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and seamless execution and provide strategic guidance to clients and team members throughout the IPO process.

Manage and execute SEBI takeover transactions adhering to regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements prepare takeoverrelated documentation.

Oversee the process of delisting advising clients on regulatory requirements and strategies assisting the clients in structuring and executing delisting transactions ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and stock exchange rules.

Assisting the clients in executing share buyback programs ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations.

Requirements:

Proven track record of successfully executing IPOs SEBI takeovers delisting etc.

Good knowledge of Indian Capital Markets and regulatory frameworks including SEBI guideline and working knowledge of Companies Act 2013.

Good team work skills.

Effective communication and client relationship management skills.

Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.

High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards.
