Registered Nurse RN - Home Care - Direct Hire

What You Will Do:

Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary team

Provide personalized nursing and care management to patients in their homes or care facilities

Continuously evaluate evolving patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly

Qualifications:

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State

At least one year of nursing experience in a medical/surgical environment

Valid drivers license or NYS NonDriver photo ID card may be required
