Job Mission

Were looking for a visionary Workforce Manager to join our passionate team. In this pivotal role youll be responsible for optimizing our workforce efficiency and ensuring our customer service operations are topnotch as we navigate through our incredible growth phase. You will also have the opportunity to take full ownership of our WFM Strategy and its execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement workforce management strategies across multiple communication channels (Chat Email and Phone).
• Conduct detailed forecasting to manage workload and staffing requirements effectively.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and make informed datadriven decisions.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate and manage our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations.
• Lead workforce planning to support our dynamic growth maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Ideal Profile:

Experience in workforce management preferably in a customer service environment.

Proficiency in using data and analytics tools to guide decisions.

Strong Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally and with a diverse audience (up to CLevel)

Highly organized and able to handle a lot of different information flows

Excellent communication skills our company language is English so fluency is a must.

A passion for innovation and a desire to work in a fastpaced entrepreneurial culture.

Collaborative mindset able to articulate complex concepts to diverse teams.

SQL & Python (and/or R) knowledge will be a strong plus.
