Client Liaison Executive

5 Real Estate is Spains fastest growing fixedfee international estate agent. We sell houses for 999 iva with no upfront costs and a full estate agency service. With 11 offices in the Costa Blanca and Murcia Region and more on the way we are quickly becoming the go to agent in the region. We require a number of Client Liaison Executives located in our established Head Office in Los Dolses Villamartin acting as the first point of call to to all new enquiries whether they are buying or selling a property in Spain.

Tasks

• Contacting all inbound buyer and vendor enquiries within a timely manner
• Generating a rapport with clients providing information and scheduling appointments in the sales representatives diaries
• Creating tasks to followup all ongoing leads
• Using the CRM system to effectively manage enquiries within the pipeline system
• Building knowledge of the current portfolio of properties as well as the areas in which the properties are located
• Ensuring the CRM system is uptodate with all of the necessary information
• Solely dealing with inbound enquiries

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Impeccable telephone manner
• Customer service orientated
• Fluency in English and at least one other language required.
• Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
