Logistics Coordinator - German Speaking

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator German Speaking. Responsibilities:As a Logistics Coordinator you will be an integral part of our global logistics team ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your key responsibilities include:

• Monitor and manage open service and spare parts deliveries.
• Organize deliveries between Evac suppliers and customers.
• Collaborate with Evac Logistics Centres and warehouse operations.
• Handle delivery processes in ERP and other systems including documentation.
• Collaborate with Logistics Service Providers managing customs clearance and duties procedures.
• Analyse and select the best routes and transportation methods based on cost lead time and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of Logistics Category Strategy.
• Develop logistics processes and tools.
• Handle sales order invoicing.
• Provide support to Buyers Service Sales and other internal stakeholders on logistics and transportation issues.

Key Competencies:

• Preferably at least Bachelors level education in business or engineering.
• A few years of experience in logistics transportation or supply chain.
• Knowledge and preferably experience in import/export processes and customs and duty handling.
• Experience working with Logistics Service Providers and Logistics Centres.
• Proficient in ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Open can do attitude strong time management and organizational skills.
