Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor kitchen staff to produce toptier culinary creations.
• Craft and execute daily menus that showcase the best of Italian tradition.
• Maintain a spotless and organised kitchen space.
• Fulfil any additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a highvolume restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in utilising kitchen equipment appliances and various cooking methods.
