- Uncover and Leverage Synergies within the HTG Group: Proactively identify and leverage synergies within the HTG group from a people perspective driving efficiency and unity. Initiate major projects that enhance collaboration knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across the group demonstrating tangible benefits in terms of performance or innovation.
