Honeymoon and Destination Wedding Planner-Remote

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients preferences budgets and vision for their dream honeymoon or destination wedding.
   
2. Destination Research: Stay updated on trending honeymoon and wedding destinations ensuring a broad knowledge of accommodations activities and local customs.
   
3. Customized Planning: Design personalized itineraries and wedding packages tailored to each clients unique desires.
   
4. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with local vendors and venues to secure the best services for clients including accommodations transportation and wedding essentials.
   
5. Budget Management: Create and manage budgets to ensure clients receive exceptional value within their financial parameters.
   
6. Logistics and Coordination: Oversee all logistics from travel arrangements to onsite coordination for destination weddings.
   

Requirements

1. Passion for Travel: Genuine enthusiasm for exploring diverse destinations and creating memorable experiences.
   
2. Event Planning Experience: Previous experience in event planning particularly in the areas of weddings or travel is highly desirable.
   
3. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and vendors effectively.
   
4. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and provide unique and personalized experiences for clients.
   
5. Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
   

• Bachelors degree in Event Planning Hospitality or a related field a plus.
  
• Proven experience in planning weddings or events is an advantage.
  
• Familiarity with destination wedding trends and travel logistics.
