Sr Construction Superintendent

Job Description

• Supervise all aspects of a building project including subcontractors and manpower requirements.
• Create manage and update construction project schedules on a weekly basis.
• Resolve scheduling disputes between subcontractors suppliers and service providers to avoid project delays or interruption.
• Perform customer relations activities and encourage collaboration with the owner architect engineers city authorities subcontractors and employees.
• Support the staging and worksite safety plans.
• Compliant with subcontractor construction and safety problems on project sites.
• Update the Superintendents report on a daily basis until the project is completed.
• Attend Owners meetings.
