This automotive tier 1 nonunion supplier is seeking 2 Production Supervisor 3rd shift This person will be responsible for the following:
communicating expectations;
plan monitor and appraise job results.
Will coach counsel and discipline employees while enforcing systems policies and procedures.
Will work closely with the Production Manager to meet schedules inventory control production planning to support customers deadlines.
Will be over approximately 30 employees.
Will implement process improvements manage processes and adhere to safety standards as well as implementing them with the production personnel.
Perform work audits to increase efficiencies and reduce scrap.
REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates degree preferred and five (5) years experience and knowledge of production processes.
- Preferred three (3) year supervisory experience in industrial environment.
- Supervisory Skills Certificate and Coaching/Counseling training a plus.
- Develop people in an environment that fosters change
