Compensation Snapshot: Competitive Annual salary range: $130150k/year DOE (totaling between $160180k estimated with Guaranteed Bonus Plan & Auto/Phone Allowances )

A National leader in the custom home building industry is looking for a General Manager of Sales & Operations in Cookeville/Crossville TN!

An ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic problemsolving skills customerservice determination and a vast knowledge of residential construction. Someone that is from (or familiar with) the Cookeville or Crossville area & knows the local vendors/subs/etc would be ideal in order to integrate the company/branch more effectively to the new area marketing & operations efforts.

Here is the basic overview of their approach to managing all aspects of the branch operations sales & production for our office clientele & staff.

GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Production Management for Custom Homes
• Customer Service Excellence
• Sales Knowledge & Construction Management Experience
• Administration & Financial (P&L) Management
• Hire Sales & Project Management staff and manage their performance.
• Consult with potential HomeownerClients to determine their Dream & Budget.
• Establish professional relationships in the area for subcontractor vendor and suppliers.
• Be active in community networking & associations to broaden the companys visibility.
