Document Control Clerk Filing Specialist

We are hiring a Document Control Clerk / Filing Specialist for one of our clients in Trenton NJ.

Job Description:

• General administrative/ processing forms / data entry
• Familiar with PCs & laptops.
• Data entry into Oracle database Commercial Recording and Tax Registration.
• Microsoft Office Outlook 2016 (would need email address setup)
• Equipment needed PC &laptop.
• Programs needed Oracle Commercial Recording Tax Reg VPN Outlook (would need email address setup)

Skills required:

• Basic Computer skills Good Communication and writing skills.

Work hours:

• MonFri from 8:30am4:30pm
• Lunch 1 hr. (unpaid)
