Our client is looking for a talented lettings consultant to be an integral high performer within their team. They are an independent agency with proven market leading success in the area. Their excellent reputation is built on delivering consistent results and quality client care.

The role will involve conducting property viewings negotiating offers and providing first class client care.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Use your negotiation skills to secure the best tenancy for our landlords
• Arrange and carry out viewings
• Regular communication with applicants and landlords
• Understand and be aware of property laws and regulations
• Meet and exceed targets

The required experience / skills

• Previous Lettings Experience
• Hardworking
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent telephone manager
• Confident
• Ambitious
• Full UK driving licence and own car is essential.

Your working week will include a work from home half day and every other Saturday off.
