Tasks

As a member of a senior team being responsible for the new data protection rules of the Group / Developing structures and guidelines / Monitoring the ongoing revision process of the Swiss data protection law in a 2nd LoD role / Ongoing implementation of the new rules in the daily routine / Reviewing contracts with regard to data protection conformity / Heading the data protection initiatives providing technical leadership / Giving advice at all company levels on data protection issues / Being responsible for the further differentiation of the competence center of data protection / Integration of the new data protection rules in the 2nd line of defense and in the systems / Being point of contact and coordination for internal and external shareholder and authorities regarding data protection.

Requirements

Degree in Law Business Economy or Business Informatics / Expertise especially in Swiss data protection law; GDPR as an advantage / Professional experience in the private banking sector in a Big4 company as an (IT) auditor risk manager or as compliance consultant in consulting companies for banks in a 2nd LoD function / Experienced in project management / Interested in IT Systems and related processes / Analytical and conceptual skills / Innovative / Independent working style / Team oriented / Ability to perform under pressure / Discretion and trustworthiness in communication / Skilled in using MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) / German and English.
