Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. We are a leading commercial landscape construction company based on the Northern Gold Coast region. With a commitment to delivering quality outdoor spaces we specialise in commercial projects that redefine landscapes and enhance environments. In this role you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of tenders and projects.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate tender opportunities for suitability.
Manage tender lifecycle from assessment to Supervisor handover.
Prepare accurate tenders for approval and submission.
Conduct takeoffs and measure plans.
Liaise professionally with clients consultants and builders.
Develop site tracking/budget sheets from tendered information.
Procure key items.
Submit variations monthly progress claims.
Actively expand the client subcontractor and supplier base.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in estimating and project management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.

To be the right candidate for this role and this company you will need to have: An eagerness to learn and be trained in the field of horticulture Experience in residential maintenance Preference for a qualification in Horticulture (but not essential) Knowledge of plants, pests and diseases would also be an advantage A good knowledge of plants, pests and diseases A keen eye for detail Take pride in the quality of work you produce Great communication skills for liaising with clients Manual drivers licence (essential)
