Reporting directly to the Group COO youll play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation and operational integrity across the Nordic region. • Develop and implement robust compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and compliance audits.
• Act as a key liaison for all compliancerelated matters.
• Collaborate with various departments to seamlessly integrate compliance into daytoday operations.
• Craft and execute comprehensive training programs.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and steer necessary adaptations.
• Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the organization.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations as well as industry standards particularly those specific to nonbank financial entities through practical implementation in daily operations.

Who You Are

Were searching for you with proven expertise in operational risk management and compliance with a focus on the Nordic sector. While a background in business or finance is preferred a law degree is not a prerequisite. You should excel in practically applying compliance knowledge possess strong communication skills and thrive in both independent and collaborative environments.
