What we are looking for;

• Strong communication skills and experienced in team management
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
• Problem solving skills
• Business followup and control skills
• Very good command in English and Dutch
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• No travel restrictions.

What you will do;

• Manage all stages of field operation
• Lead teams in projects related to operational issues
• Follow up the company vehicles supplied for the field and the scooters in the field
• Ensure that operational information is transmitted in a timely and appropriate manner
• Make staff planning control employee performance and effectively manage the team that is subordinate to him
• Approach the problems that may occur in the field with a solutionoriented approach and to produce alternative solutions.
