Cook RIF Charter SOF 25m MY

About the yacht:

Its a Sunseeker Predator 84 private and charter motor yahct based in the SOF with a RIF flag. They are 3 crew members on board.

The project:

We are looking for a chef to start as May for a seasonal contract until the mid/end ofOctober probably.

The owners are really nice people respectful with the crew. They are mostly 2 people on board time to times they have a couple of guests but its really rare.

4 cabin 8 guests for week charters and maximum 12 guests for day charter but in this case most of the time they do buffet style food

The position on open to male and female candidates as they can manage the crew area they have 1 solo and 1 double cabin.

They are French native so French language would be appreciated but not mandatory.

Desired profile:

• French and English speaking.
• Previous experience in the yachting industry in a similar role would be a real plus as well as CAP cuisine.
• You need to be able to cook for up to 810 guests and be versatile in your cooking skills and be a real teamplayer. In a such a small crew you will be asked to help around when need but its true the other wy around. The rest of the crew will help if needed with food preparation.

Salary : 2800 euros net 50 euros each day of charter tips and bonus end of the season . ENIM declaration
