Be part of our client s team as a Bank Allocations Officer. Manage receipts prepare banking sheets reconcile payments and maintain accurate records ensuring seamless financial operations.

• Managing all receipts and allocations of EFT funds/cheques
  
• Preparing daily banking sheets
  
• Managing and reconciling the incoming PODs and payments
  
• Updating the CRM to flag invoices as paid
  
• Processing and allocating credit card payments
  
• Managing all relevant documents including Claims for Credit Credit Applications and Payment Remittances
  
• Reconciling banking sheets and allocating them to specific accounts accordingly
  
• Entering approved credits in a timely manner
  
• Providing any reports as required and other adhoc tasks
  

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  
• High level of attention to detail
  
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  
• Strong time management skills and work ethics
  
• Ability to work unsupervised multitask meet deadlines and prioritize work
