We are currently seeking a highly motivated Immigration Package Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is centered on the sales of specialized immigration packages working alongside our expert immigration consultants to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. As a Sales Specialist you will focus on converting leads provided by the company as well as generating new leads through effective sales strategies including cold calling and networking. This commissionbased position is ideal for a driven sales professional dedicated to achieving sales targets and excelling in a highperformance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize leads provided by the company and generate new leads through cold calling networking and other sales techniques to identify potential clients.
  • Conduct indepth consultations with prospective clients to understand their immigration needs and offer customized package solutions.
  • Work closely with immigration consultants to ensure the proposed solutions accurately meet the clients requirements.
  • Follow through the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets focusing solely on sales performance and high conversion rates.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of immigration policies packages and regulations to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
  • Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and immigration package knowledge.


Requirements



  • Relevant Tertiary Qualificatrions
  • Proven track record in sales with experience in immigration legal or similar sectors preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to use CRM tools generate leads manage a sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • High level of selfmotivation and discipline with a resultsdriven mindset suitable for a commissionbased structure.
  • Excellent organizational skills capable of managing multiple leads and clients simultaneously.
  • Professional integrity and ethics with a commitment to providing accurate and honest advice to clients.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous to cater for a diverse client base.
