1. To work with Head of Operations on top strategic initiatives with high impact on company s profitability customer experience and operational efficiency.
   
2. Lead top 5 initiatives around Logistics Cost Delivery TAT Customer Experience Inventory Management etc in close coordination with existing operations team.
   
3. Identify key data metrics to track around the strategic initiatives and work closely with data team on execution.
   
4. Extensive coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders to fast pace strategic initiatives.
   
5. Engage with existing operations team to map out key process improvements required to drive strategic initiatives; build SOPs execute and monitor closely till process is stabilized.
   
6. Identify product initiatives needed to drive strategic initiatives; jot down detailed BRDs and work closely with product team to get the products executed.
