English Teacher 3rd to 5th grade

• Develop and implement comprehensive English language lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards and objectives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to language acquisition and student engagement.
• Teach essential language skills including reading writing speaking and listening tailored to the specific grade level (3rd to 5th grade).
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies resources and technology to enhance student comprehension and language proficiency.
• Assess student progress and performance through regular formative and summative evaluations providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles ensuring all students have access to quality education.
• Incorporate literature poetry and other literary forms to enrich students appreciation and understanding of the English language.
• Encourage critical thinking creativity and effective communication skills through engaging classroom activities and discussions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units and integrate English language learning with other subject areas.
• Establish effective communication channels with students parents and colleagues to address academic concerns share progress updates and promote parental involvement.
• Participate in professional development activities workshops and faculty meetings to stay abreast of best practices in language instruction and educational trends.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism ethics and behavior serving as a positive role model for students and colleagues alike.

• Bachelors degree in English or related field (B.Ed or teaching certification preferred)
• 02 years of teaching experience.
• Familiarity with the Kreedo curriculum or willingness to undergo training in the curriculum framework.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
• Passion for teaching and fostering student learning and development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues students and parents.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Uphold the schools dress code policy which includes wearing sarees or salwar suits.
