Assisting the management in finding JV JDs and DM proposals in Mumbai. Preparing presentations and presenting them to prospective buyers and investors. Build strong relationships with various land owners of industry. Interacting with the Investor group for investment in various projects of the Rubberwala Group. Assist management in the aggregation of land for warehousing purposes and generating additional revenue streams. Responsible for redevelopment of the cooperative housing society rolling out the offers and interacting with tenants and giving presentations to the tenants. Responsible for handling endtoend land transactions worth significant value.
