Senior Manager Operational Excellence

As a Senior Manager Operational Excellence you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing project management methodologies tools and processes across our global operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in project management.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management Model and Governance:
   • Manage the Customer Project Management model tools techniques and processes globally.
   • Lead the development and implementation of a common PM methodology and tools.
   • Establish and maintain a framework for project planning milestone management scope management resource forecasting financial management and change management.
   • Responsible for Project Portfolio level analytics and reporting.
   • Own and update Evacs PM Handbook.
2. Operational Excellence:
   • Lead coordinate and support development activities and processes related to Order to Cash Source to Pay and Forecast to Plan.
   • Drive process modeling initiatives.
   • Contribute to the development of Evac BL reporting.
   • Undertake other tasks as defined by the line manager.

Required Competencies:

• Proven track record in a global environment.
• Proven track record in development and implementation projects.
• Proficiency in Project and Portfolio management related tools analytics and reporting.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
• MSc or BSc in a related field.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
