We have just recently partnered with an international company thatbringsfull resource management to critical infrastructure industries like aviation. We are helping them to find a Solutions Consultant to join the team.

Position Summary

The Solution Consultant is responsible for designing delivering and implementing business solutions utilizing industryleading products. They collaborate with customers to understand their rules and processes assist with configuration and train them for a smooth transition. The goal is to ensure that product solutions are implemented on time and meet standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Understand and apply the Solutions Delivery Framework.
• Collaborate with sales staff for product demos and assess customer configuration needs.
• Contribute to presale activities including scope documents and formal work scopes.
• Develop presentation materials for key project meetings and internal training.
• Lead or colead workshops and configuration walkthroughs with customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and assess the compatibility with product solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned product solutions.
• Communicate project status to the project manager team and clients.
• Implement product solution configurations and testing plans based on customer requirements.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) requirements within projects.
• Work directly with customers to optimize operational workflows.
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Coordinate with Engineering for proper configuration and testing.
• Manage multiple small to medium product solution implementation projects simultaneously.
• Identify and communicate business opportunities to sales and management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years working directly with customers on software implementation or IT projects.
• Ability to read analyze and interpret business documents and technical procedures.
• Strong reasoning ability and competency.
• Competency with Salesforce Office 365 and Jira
• Working knowledge of UNIX/AIX and SQL.
• Ability to have 50% travel including domestic and international.
• Valid drivers license
