Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for their residential home based in High Peak Derbyshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider that has all the latest facilities and features. The home provides personcentred care to elderly residents who require dementia care respite and residential care.

The care home is based in High Peak and is commutable from Alstonefield AshfordintheWater Buxton Castleton Edale Edensor Eyam Hartington Hathersage Tideswell Tissington Wareham Winchester and surrounding areas.

Interview Process:

- Stage One – Video call interview with the HR Business Partner and Regional Director
- Stage Two Inperson interview with the SMT
The Candidate:
- Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of highquality care within 30 bedded care homes
- Possess strong commercial acumen with a history of driving occupancy and improving fees
- Excellent communicative skills
- Demonstrate excellent leadership
- Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
- Driving license and own vehicle are required
