We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Industrial Electrician to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance according to specifications and instructions provided by Maintenance Management. Conduct maintenance and repairs on production equipment the building and all of its components to ensure operational efficiency. Design and build electrical panels for machinery ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimizing equipment performance. Develop electrical circuits aimed at improving the performance of equipment and machinery driving efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Electrician license 309 A or 442 A.
- 5 years experience
- Trouble shooting skills for Electrical & Mechanical problems
- Understanding of electrical circuitry
- Knowledge of PLC s maintenance shop machinery and electronics
- Knowledge of commercial building wiring and CSA codes as it applies to an Industrial establishment.
- Reading writing and communicating in English.
- Able to lift and move heavy machinery.
- Ability to work at heights heat cold and within guidelines of Occupational Health & Safety.
