We are currently seeking an Interim Head of CRM to cover a 10month parental leave with the potential for a contract extension.

The Interim Head of CRM plays a crucial leadership role in driving the development and execution of the companys CRM strategy for all brands and markets. The position entails continuous tracking and defining Key Value Drivers (KVDs) to measure and keep a sustainable customer base. You will collaborate and work closely with our Marketing Automation team to continue the journey of automating our CRM campaigns and optimising the customer journey tracking its KPIs performance and our customers LTV. Furthermore the Interim Head of CRM guides and mentors a highperforming team of CRM Specialists cultivating a culture of collaboration innovation and ongoing improvement within the team.

Amongst other things you will work with:

  • Drive Sambla Groups strategic CRM initiatives and make sure those are in line with company targets.
  • CRM budget responsibility and channel KPIs to measure the value created from our customer database.
  • Keep track of and continue to map the Customer Journey to identify areas of improvement and opportunities.
  • Lead CRMrelated projects and be part of an internal committee focused on valuedriving activities.
  • Be a part of and participate in Sambla Groups Marketing Management.
  • Hold formal people responsibility for three CRM specialists including recruitment and development.

Must have:

  • Relevant educational background in marketing tech or business.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in CRM and/or Marketing Automation.
  • Experience in campaign automation customer segmentation & personalization and lifecycle management.
  • A background in a performancedriven organization with clear KPIs.
  • Experience in driving value from an LTV perspective.

A bit of extra credit if you also have:

  • Experience in one or multiple CRM platforms and/or analytics tools such as Bloomreach Customer Io PowerBI or similar.
  • Experience working with a customer loyalty strategy and customer database management.
  • Experience working in Marketing Automation.
  • Experience in Ecommerce or equivalent.
