Our business model involves licensing our products to global manufacturers supplying core components to them and manufacturing complete products for our domestic markets. We have recently established a new base in East Berlin combining our office and R&D space as we expand our revolutionary technology globally. As we scale up production to meet growing demand for our already developed products we are looking for a Production Engineer. Tasks

You will

• Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation including CAD data design specs BOM quality standards and assembly instructions.
• BOM Management: Control and validate production of BOM identify and fill any gaps between design and production BOMs.
• Assembly Optimization: Identify necessary assembly tools estimate assembly time and enhance efficiency without compromising quality.
• Supply Chain Management: Manage the supply chain predict and mitigate delays and maintain effective relationships with production partners.
• Technician Training: Conduct training sessions for technicians trigger nonconformance reports and continuously improve the assembly process.
• Quality Control & Resolution: Proactively prevent assembly challenges and failures arrange rework for defective components to minimize production disruptions.
• Safety Measures: Implement safety measures and procedures for testing equipment installation and operation.
• Communication & Collaboration: Establish effective communication channels with production partners and participate in supplier selection processes while contributing to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design Integration: Integrate design changes and modifications to enhance product robustness during the industrialization process.
• Future Product Input: Collaborate closely with the design team responsible for future products providing valuable feedback on industrialization aspects and design improvements.
• Product Enhancement: Participate in product testing and contribute to ongoing product enhancement activities.
• Quality Control: Collaborate crossfunctionally to maintain consistent product quality across different locations and partners.
• Knowledge Transfer: Provide knowledge transfer and support to licensees enabling successful incorporation of Nuventuras product design into their operations.

Requirements

What you need to bring in:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering industrial engineering automation engineering or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrialization design engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
• Profound proficiency in CAD software and comprehensive engineering documentation.
• Indepth knowledge of BOM development quality control and assembly processes.
• Demonstrated ability in managing relationships with production partners and suppliers.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills as well as effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering industrialization projects.
• Advanced German and English skills are required (at least B2).
• Familiarity with environmental technologies or highvoltage electrical products is preferred.
