YO HR CONSULTANCY is a leading recruitment agency operating in the None industry. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Wealth ChannelRelationship Manager to join our team.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Wealth ChannelRelationship Manager will be responsible for proper channel management in a B2B sales environment. They will have the opportunity to gain deep insights into market dynamics and develop a strong understanding of how the market operates. This role does not involve agent licensing targets. The main focus will be on selling traditional plans including ULIP plans in the Wealth channel.
Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Age: Below 40 years
- Education: Minimum Graduate (all graduates except Arts)
- Sales Experience: More than 3 years of front line selling experience in the same location
- Experience in Recruitment: Mandatory experience in recruitment as the candidate will be responsible for recruiting agency partners
