Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP CRM TechnoFunctional Consultant to join our growing Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP CRM functionality as well as strong technical skills to make code/ABAP changes and write Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs). They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP CRM solutions to support our business processes and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Work closely with business users to gather and understand requirements for SAP CRM solutions
Design develop and implement SAP CRM solutions to meet business needs
Write Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) to clearly document requirements
Create and maintain SAP CRM configurations
Make code/ABAP changes to SAP CRM solutions
Test and troubleshoot SAP CRM solutions
Provide ongoing support to SAP CRM users
Work with other teams to ensure that SAP CRM solutions are integrated with other systems
Stay uptodate on the latest SAP CRM technologies and trends
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
5 years of experience with SAP CRM
Strong understanding of SAP CRM functionality including sales service and marketing modules
Experience with ABAP programming
Experience writing Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs)
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
