DISPATCH EECUTIVE

• Recording keeping of purchase orders and invoices.
• Generation of Eway bills.
• Packing of finished goods bags and reprinting of labels for final dispatch.
• Coordinating with vehicles for timely pickup and delivery.
• Checking vehicles for damage and ensuring all statutory paperwork is in order.
• Maintaining stock registers in both physical and digital formats.
• Physical verification of finished goods stock on a monthly and daily basis.

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.

• Attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
