Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage and assemble it into highquality videos ensuring smooth transitions proper pacing and appropriate effects
• Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and deliver video content that meets their specifications
• Use video and audio editing software to enhance visual and audio elements of the footage
• Color grade and correct videos to ensure consistency and enhance the overall look and feel
• Add text graphics and other visual elements to video content as required
• Collaborate with scriptwriters and producers to ensure that the video content aligns with the projects goals and objectives
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in video editing and apply them to enhance the overall quality of our video content

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor in the broadcast media industry
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or Avid Media Composer
• Solid understanding of video production processes and best practices
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative and artistic mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
