About this Role :
We are looking for a Senior Designer who owns the responsibility of ensuring highest quality aesthetics on website and marketing creatives for all our brand partners. This would involve deep templatization leveraging the repository of assets from the past and building new assets. It will also involve using modern software/AI tools to empower the team to be able to do high quality work in a minimum amount of time across a varied spectrum of clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design and Video Editing:
Create visually stunning designs using tools like Photoshop Illustrator Premier Pro and After Effects.
2. Creativity:
Generate fresh ideas for marketing materials and social media.
3. Team Management:
Lead a team of 36 designers fostering a collaborative work culture.
4. Collaboration:
Brainstorm with the design team and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
5. Assist Design Team:
Support with tasks like image editing and file organization.
6. Learning Opportunity:
Actively participate in design discussions and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
4 years of graphic design experience.
Portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator Premier Pro and After Effects. (Figma is a plus).
Strong problemsolving skills.
