Westlisofts client is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join their team as Delivery Agents in Hyderabad. This position involves fieldwork and provides an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of products and services to customers. Qualifications are not mandatory making this an accessible opportunity for individuals seeking employment in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of Products: Safely and efficiently deliver products or services to customers within the specified location.
Timely Deliveries: Ensure deliveries are made within the agreed timeframes to meet customer expectations.
Route Optimization: Plan delivery routes to minimize travel time and optimize efficiency.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries including receipts and signatures when required.
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the assigned vehicle is wellmaintained and report any issues promptly.
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and traffic rules while operating the vehicle.
Communication: Keep open lines of communication with the clients management and report any issues or delays.
Allowance Management: Keep track of allowances provided by the company and ensure proper usage.
Qualifications: Qualification is not mandatory; however a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
good communication skills,ability to operate a vehicle safely,strong work ethic and reliability,willingness to work in a field-based role,physical fitness for handling deliveries,willingness to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines,valid driver's license,good knowledge of the hyderabad area for efficient route planning
