• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
• Create comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our kitchen appliances and establish a strong brand presence in the market.
• Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
• Brand Development:
• Develop and maintain the brand identity ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and compelling branding materials including brochures advertisements and online content.
• Digital Marketing:
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media email marketing and online advertising to increase brand awareness and drive online sales.
• Monitor and analyze online performance metrics adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Product Marketing:
• Develop and execute product marketing plans for new and existing kitchen appliances highlighting unique features and benefits to attract target customers.
• Coordinate with product development teams to gather product information and create marketing collateral.
• Public Relations and Events:
• Cultivate relationships with media outlets influencers and bloggers to secure press coverage and enhance brand visibility.
• Plan and execute promotional events trade shows and product launches to showcase our products and engage with customers.
• Customer Engagement:
• Develop customer engagement programs to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the marketing budget allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field. Master s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience 2 years in marketing and branding preferably in the kitchen appliances or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to make datadriven decisions.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
