Desktop Support Engineer

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Knowledge of computer hardware software and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of support and maintenance tasks
