Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead our sales and digital marketing teams. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue through corporate sales parties and events hosted at our center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales and digital marketing teams providing guidance support and coaching to ensure the achievement of targets and objectives.
  • Devise and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive business growth through various channels including corporate partnerships parties events and public awareness.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients promoting our centers offerings and negotiating deals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Strategically plan and execute events promotions and campaigns to attract target audiences and drive footfall to the center.
  • Implement a mix of ATL and BTL marketing activities including advertising direct mail flyers and other promotional materials to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Drive social media strategy overseeing content creation posting schedules and engagement to enhance online presence and attract potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer preferences and utilize these insights to finetune marketing strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead the efforts in generating leads through doortodoor marketing networking and community outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts for integrated campaigns.
  • Regularly report on sales and marketing performance presenting insights achievements and areas for improvement to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven 8 plus years experience in Hospitality sales and marketing roles with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
  • Indepth knowledge of various marketing channels including ATL BTL social media and event marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships and network effectively.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Resultoriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adapting to market changes.
  • High level of energy enthusiasm and selfmotivation.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment.
