Full Stack Engineer

• Lead mentor and inspire a team of software engineers fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance mentorship and expertise to the team ensuring highquality code and successful project delivery.
• Oversee the planning execution and delivery of development projects ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
• Depending on your expertise actively contribute to backend or frontend development projects using JavaScriptrelated frameworks (e.g. Node.js React Angular Vue.js etc.).
• Collaborate with the architecture team to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality enforce best practices and promote knowledge sharing.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Drive innovation within the team by exploring new technologies and development methodologies.
• Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional products and features.

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Substantial experience in software development with a strong track record of leading and mentoring teams.
• Proficiency in architectural design and software development best practices.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Proven expertise in either backend or frontend development using JavaScriptrelated frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
