Digital marketing is critical for lead generation client reputation building and overall revenue growth in this new segment of the Edutech industry.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing all digital marketing including SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Designing building and maintaining the social media presence.
- Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
- Evaluating emerging technologies providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Managing budget and allocating resources for digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of paid campaigning (PPC FB Ads Google Ads).
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Uptodate knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- A passion for the Edtech sales/education sector.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work individually under pressure to achieve desired results.
- An ownership mindset and capability for analytical thinking and problemsolving with a focus on integrity and customercentricity.
