Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and interviewing candidates for various positions within our company. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in our organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various positions
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards social media and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit for the role
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Taking care of Reception/admin work
Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information in the applicant tracking system
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of candidates
Negotiate job offers with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Build and maintain relationships with universities recruitment agencies and other external partners
Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
Bachelors degree
2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to source and attract top talent
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
