About us:
Kasplo is a cloudbased email delivery and management service designed for businesses to send transactional and marketing emails on a large scale. The platform enables users to create and send emails manage email lists and contacts and track email performance and engagement through analytics. Kasplo also provides email authentication and delivery optimization features to ensure emails are delivered and not flagged as spam. The platform offers integrations with thirdparty applications and services including ecommerce platforms CRM systems and analytics tools.
Role Description:
This is a fulltime onsite role for a System Administrator based in Bengaluru. The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and updating Kasplos computer systems and networks. The role includes tasks such as troubleshooting technical issues providing technical support to users and managing network administration tasks.
Qualifications:
- System Administration Network Administration and Information Technology skills
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with cloudbased systems and platforms
- Experience with email delivery and management systems is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
